The Communication and IT sector of the “AtaHolding” OJSC  is represented by “AtaTechnology”  LLC and  “Cybernet” which occupy their own places on the Azerbaijan IT market and have won recognition and  “AtaTelecom”  that establishment is planned. “AtaTechnology” LLC is an IT company of “AtaHolding” was established in November, 2004. The aim of “AtaTechnology” is suppling of the latest modern achievements in the information technology in production, providing support systems for automatization projects.“AtaTechnology” began operations in May, 2005 that aimed to serve different kinds of information technology services for customers.“AtaTechnology” begans its activity with one of the weak developed sphere  software.These products were intended  for banks, enterprises and other organizations. “AtaTechnology” cooperates with several developed  foreign organisations. Now “AtaTechnology” is the official representative of a lot of world organisations in Azerbaijan in İT sector. These organisations are  “YAZ”, “Netsis”, “Cryptometrics” and “Quantium” .

Founded in 2004, “Cybernet” is a company operating in the field of application software development for the large scaled Information Technology projects in enterprise market. “Cybernet” supports enterprises in applying scientific and technical achievements in production, provides services such as programming, creates computer program-technical complexes, helps enterprises to computerize production processes; prepares and applies practical programs that ensure the delivery of information, provides services via the Internet, etc.In a short period of its activity “Cybernet” realized one of the most important projects of the government – the Automatized Tax Information system project of the Tax Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic. This project also takes the first place among the analogical systems used in the tax organization of Commonwealth of Independent States.The company carries out specific work in realizing the electron government projects of the Azerbaijan Republic.
